Oooooh, yeah: Mrs. Yasue's homegrown strawberries made into her homemade
jam, and matcha butter made by moi. All slathered on rice-flour bread
rolls that I can buy frozen from a local restaurant. To make matcha
butter, just soften some unsalted butter and blend in some sifted matcha
powder. (Idea from the cookbook New Tastes in Green Tea by Mutsuko
Tokunaga.)
