Tomatoes are what I crave most in the dead of winter. Who wants to eat those pale pink pasty tomatoes from the hot houses when you are dreaming of juicy summer tomatoes?

Tomato season came to Seattle a bit late this year and these were my final harvest (about 2 weeks ago). Aren't they purty?
