If you tried to make the meatballs for my
meatball soup and wondered why they didn't turn out quite right, it was probably because I forgot to list the 1/2 c. evaporated milk/whole milk. I've corrected the ingredients list, so feel free to try again! Sorry about that, folks. I'll go drink a cup of my toddler's whole milk in penance. (OK, not
too hard for me since I like milk anyway.)
